In 2020, Viva launches injection blow molding mass production in Toronto to produce cosmetic bottles in different sizes and applications. e.g. mascara, lip gloss or foundations products etc.
In-mold labeling
In-mold Labelling (IML)
We are expertized in producing the in-mold labels in-house, from label substrates extrusion, printing, cutting and injection-molding with in-mold labelling. In-mold Labelling processes are done by in-house developed IML downstream automations. We currently offer IML for Tubes and Deodorant Sticks.

Gallus printing press – we have two sets of 12-stations printing press in Toronto to print in-mold labels. We can achieve different printing technologies including flexo, offset, silkscreen hotstamp, cold foil, soft touch to combine with different kind of label substrates such as standard white or clear substrate, metallic foil, holographic foil.
Digital printing – we also have high quality digital printing for small production and sampling IML jobs.
Direct printing – for products such as jars and cosmetic bottles, we have multi-color silkscreen and hotstamp machine for direct printing. This includes full-surface hotstamping on jar closures.

We have state-of-the-art Tapematic PST sputtering line to produce all kinds of metalized products for closures and accessories, in different sizes, shapes and colors.

Assembly
Currently all IML and downstream automations and equipment are custom-designed and built by Viva in-house. This can assure the processes are customized to exact requirement of our customers for optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
